Inman Park Church became a Reconciling Ministries Congregation in 2019. Inman Park Church “celebrates LGBTQ+ persons and expressions of God’s diverse creation and advocates for the affirmation of all of God’s children in the Church and the world.”

In worship, we live out our commitment to inclusivity through prayer, word, and song. Our staff commits to selections that support the voices of queer folx. We offer space for full participation in worship and commit to supporting our LGBTQIA+ siblings seen in our pastoral care, pastoral prayers, and our GROW Group. We welcome all people to worship in our congregation regardless of race, sex, gender identification, sexual orientation, national origin, native language, religion, age, disability, marital status, citizenship, genetic information, pregnancy, or any other characteristic protected by law.

God welcomes all people into the kindom. We hold firmly to zero-tolerance to any sexual harassment or discrimination, racial harassment or discrimination, or any other form of harassment and discrimination (religious, language, sexual orientation, et cetera). God calls all humans to love one another, and we believe it is our responsibility as a church to teach and demonstrate love to all.
