POWER WORDS
In the beginning was the WORD, and the WORD was with God. In the beginning, God creates the world by speaking it into existence. Words have power. A new series continues at Inman Park UMC. Please join us as we talk about the power of words, and what some of the most powerful words in the Bible mean in our lives.
In the weeks following Easter, we'll be focusing on one of the most powerful words of all: Resurrection. Resurrection is an amazing gift, one we celebrate as God’s children. It's more than just a word. But what does it really mean for our lives? How does it apply? Jesus claims to have the “words of life,” so what are they? Join the conversation through our next Worship Series during April.
This week, when we'll "look" into the power of LIGHT. Jesus claims to be the LIGHT of the world. Light warms and enables growth but it can also reveal undesirable things. We tend of fear DARKNESS looking for a lighted space yet it is the DARK things of this world that intrigue us. Let's explore the power of these words together this week.
